Beef Goulash
3-4 lbs ground beef
1 quart natural beef broth
1 and 1/2 cups oatmeal
2 carrots, sliced
1/2 cup frozen spinach leaves
1/2 tsp salt
Bring broth to boil. Add ground beef and break
apart with fork. Add remaining ingredients. Bring
back to boil, stirring frequently. Turn down and
simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Will
thicken as it cools. Store in refrigerator or freeze
for future use.
